- What is a zip file and how do I open it?
Our downloads will be compressed zip files for better convenience. Zip files basically pack together a lot of files together into a single file and take much less space. For iOS and Android, to my understanding, you can download it normally but if that doesn’t work, please download the WinZip app on mobile to access your files!
- Why are my downloads not working?
Due to connectivity issues, downloads can fail or get corrupted. If this happens to you, please give it some time and try again later. If the problem still persists please contact us through the form at the bottom of the page or at dulceypicante54@gmail.com
